Order Cancellation Requirements
We aim to process orders efficiently so that products can be shipped as quickly as possible. Customers may request an order cancellation under the following conditions:
- The cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of placing the order;
- The order has not yet been shipped or released for delivery;
- Tracking information has not been activated or assigned to the shipment.
Orders that have exceeded the 48-hour cancellation window or have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Submitting a Cancellation Request

To help us locate and verify your order, please provide:

- The email address used during checkout;
- Payment confirmation or transaction details;

Once your request has been received, we will review the order status and determine whether the cancellation can be completed.
Customers will be notified of the outcome by email. If the request is approved, the refund process will begin immediately.

Cancellation requests are handled based on the real-time status of the order. Because order processing may begin shortly after purchase, submitting a request within the eligible period does not automatically guarantee cancellation.
