3. Return Procedure

After approval, the customer must send the product back using the provided instructions and retain proof of shipment until the process is completed.

Each order includes a return label inside the original package. This return label should be attached to the outside of the parcel when shipping the item back, helping ensure correct identification and faster processing.

After the returned item is received, it will be inspected before final approval of the refund or exchange.

4. Exchange Process

If a replacement is requested, customers should follow the same initial steps and provide the required order details and supporting information.

Once approved, return instructions will be issued.

After the returned item is received and verified, the replacement product will be shipped within 1–3 business days, along with shipping confirmation details.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation of the return.

Please note that the actual time for funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the financial institution or payment provider.

6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or incorrect shipment, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • If the return is requested for personal reasons without product defects, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

No additional handling fees are charged for return or exchange processing.

Items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Returns must only be sent to the address provided after approval from our support team.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
